1. Acceptance of Terms

2. Services, Quotes, and Bookings
G&D Cleaning Solutions provides residential and commercial cleaning services including routine cleaning, deep cleaning, post-construction cleaning, office cleaning, car interior cleaning, and other related cleaning support listed on our website.
How quotes work
- Quotes are based on the information you provide about the space, service type, size, condition, access, and preferred timing.
- If the actual condition of the property is materially different from what was described, we may revise the scope, timing, or final price before continuing.
- Any extra work outside the original agreement will only be carried out after approval from you or your authorized representative.
3. Scheduling, Arrival Windows, and Access
We do our best to keep agreed appointment times. However, traffic, weather, client overruns, building access restrictions, and safety concerns can occasionally affect exact arrival time.
- You agree to provide safe and reasonable access to the cleaning area at the scheduled time.
- If access is delayed, denied, or unavailable, the appointment may be shortened, rescheduled, or treated as a late cancellation.
- We may reschedule a booking when weather, safety, power, water, or building restrictions make service delivery unsafe or impractical.
4. Payments and Deposits
Payment terms may vary depending on the type and size of the job. For most standard bookings, payment is due immediately after service completion unless another arrangement has been confirmed in writing.
Important payment notes
- Large, custom, or commercial jobs may require a deposit before work is scheduled.
- Any unpaid balance after the agreed due date may delay future bookings.
- Quoted prices generally cover the agreed scope only and do not automatically include extra labor, materials, or special treatment not originally requested.
5. Cancellations, Rescheduling, and No-Show
We understand plans can change. If you need to cancel or reschedule, please notify us as early as possible so we can reassign the slot.
- We recommend at least 24 hours notice for cancellations or date changes.
- Same-day cancellations, missed appointments, or locked-out visits may attract a reasonable call-out charge, especially where team travel and preparation were already committed.
- If we need to reschedule your appointment, we will communicate promptly and offer the next suitable slot.
6. Customer Responsibilities
To help us deliver the best result safely and efficiently, customers are responsible for preparing the space appropriately before the team arrives.
- Secure cash, jewelry, sensitive documents, fragile valuables, and any confidential materials before cleaning begins.
- Inform us in advance about delicate finishes, damaged surfaces, restricted areas, pets, medical conditions, or hazardous materials.
- Ensure the site has the utilities or access arrangements required for the agreed service, unless we have confirmed we will provide them.
7. Service Outcomes and Satisfaction
Cleaning improves the appearance and hygiene of a space, but some stains, damage, discoloration, wear, odors, or residue may be permanent or only partially removable depending on age, material, and condition.
- We do not guarantee restoration of pre-existing damage or complete removal of every stain on every material.
- If you are not satisfied with a service area, please notify us within 24 hours so we can review the concern fairly and, where appropriate, arrange a corrective visit.
- Any corrective visit is limited to the originally booked scope and the specific issue raised.
8. Damage, Liability, and Limitations
Our team takes reasonable care while working in your home, office, or facility. If an issue happens during service delivery and is reported promptly, we will review it seriously and respond appropriately.
- We are not responsible for damage caused by pre-existing wear, unstable fixtures, poor installation, hidden defects, or materials that are already weakened.
- We may refuse to clean items or surfaces that present an unusual risk of damage, contamination, or injury.
- To the extent permitted by law, our liability is limited to the value of the booked service or the cost of a reasonable remedy for the affected area.
9. Website Use and Intellectual Property
- All website copy, branding, images, logos, service descriptions, layouts, and related content on this website belong to G&D Cleaning Solutions unless stated otherwise. You may browse this website for personal and business inquiry use, but you may not copy, republish, distribute, or commercially use the content without written permission.
- You also agree not to misuse the site, interfere with its operation, submit false service requests, or use automated tools to scrape or disrupt the website.
